What’s your jam? Are you a cardio king or do you love lifting heavy stuff!?
You and your partner will need to decide who you put forward for each of these events. ONE of you will represent the cardio WOD. The other person will represent the strength WOD. You won’t find out what the workouts are until game day.
Choose wisely.
Strategise with your partner and respond to us via the app by Tuesday 5pm with your nomination as to who will take on the cardio WOD and who will take on the strength
