Our Introduction to CrossFit Program is the best way to make sure you learn all the movements safely, in a small group environment so that you get plenty of attention from one of our qualified and friendly coaches. We will teach you the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit to prepare you for our group classes. Once you complete these 2 x 1 hour introduction sessions you can join in the classes and start picking up the intensity and weights.

If anyone reading this is still nervous about trying CrossFit at CFB, do yourself a favor and put that aside! CrossFit is accessible to all. I’ve always been involved in sport, but CrossFit has been the only one that has ticked all the fitness boxes, and it could never get boring! There are so many skills available to learn, and there will always be room for any athlete to grow. It’s challenging and humbling and is the most fun I have had in any sport. I am actually annoyed that I didn’t start sooner.
