Getting Started

At CrossFit Bunbury, we want your fitness journey to be a long, successful and enjoyable one.

That’s why we have created our Introduction to CrossFit Program. This program is the best way to make sure you learn all the movements safely, in a small group environment so that you get plenty of attention from one of our qualified and friendly coaches. You will work on technique first, then once you are moving well you can pick up your intensity and weights.

What it involves

3 x 1 Hour “On Ramp” where you will learn the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit. These 3 sessions will take place in your first week. Then the following week you will get to attend your first “Intro Class”. You will be joining the rest of the members in the CrossFit WOD class, this way you get to experience the environment and community that makes CrossFit so much different than any other gym. But because you are new, you will get a coach dedicated to just you, so that they can guide you through your workouts and continue to work on your technique.
