This year we are doing things a little differently!  You can take part in the CrossFit Open and throw down at Friday Night Lights without signing up directly with the CrossFit HQ.

There is no registration fee for this!  But if you're looking to officially register for the CrossFit Open make sure you log into your CrossFit profile and register there.
