I specialise in helping women 35 years and older embrace their body. I'm not your "get bikini body ready for summer" kind of trainer, but I'll help you FEEL good for summer and beyond.

Our shared goals will be centered around training for health and a long-term sustainable training program.

I'm available for 1:1 training, or small group Personal Training. I focus primarily on functional fitness training that incorporates strength and conditioning workouts.

My Personal training packages also include 2 x online programs for you to do in your own time to keep you active on the days you're not with me.
