Class Times at CrossFit Bunbury

CrossFit WOD is the “Workout Of the Day”. The same WOD is performed at all classes for the day, and there is a new WOD every day. This class includes a group Warm Up then one of the following components: Strength work or skill, followed by a WOD. This class goes for 1 hour.

Olympic Lifting classes focus on the Olympic Weightlifting movements; Clean & Jerk and Snatch.  This 1 hour session has a major focus on your lifting technique and also works on strengthening your Olympic Lifts.

Team WOD is a 60 minutes class every Saturday, where we generally do a Partner or Team work out.  No experience is necessary for this class, you are welcome to come along for  FREE TRIAL, just make sure you drop us an email to let us know you’re coming: info@crossfitbunbury.com.au

OPEN GYM runs from 7:30am – 9:30am on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. As well as weekends on a booking basis. This is no a coached class, however a coach is always present during this time. This is a great time to work do skill work, catch up on a missed WOD or do some extra accessory work. Bookings are essential and only available to our members on the unlimited membership option.
