CrossFit workouts are challenging and intense, but always scalable for each individual; from beginners to advanced, or from elderly to elite athletes. It’s like Personal Training, but at a fraction of the cost.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL CROSSFIT CLASS?
You will never get bored of the exercises, as it is (almost) never the same workout. The routines and exercises are always varied and the results are dramatic. These ever-changing workouts incorporate body weight exercises, weightlifting movements, gymnastics and a variety of high intensity workouts, that combine cardio and strength challenges. These workouts are tailored/scaled to the individual and in accordance with your age and fitness level.
Your one hour class will include:
- Comprehensive warm up
- Skills or Strength session
- Workout of the day (WOD)
- Cool down and stretch

CHILD FRIENDLY – NO NEED FOR BABY SITTERS OR CRECHE FEES
At CrossFit Bunbury we have a fenced off play areas, just for your little ones. So they can sit and play with toys supplied by us, watch TV or for the older ones they are welcome to bring along an IPad or other forms of entertainment. The fenced area is in full view of the gym, so you can keep an eye on them while you workout. There are no additional fees to use the kids play area.
