If you’re looking for an individualised approach to fitness rather than group classes then Personal Training is the best option for you. Whether its to simply increase your overall fitness or if you’re overcoming an injury, or if you’re brand new to exercise and find classes a little daunting – we can help you with a 1:1 style Personal Training experience.
We start by meeting with you to discuss your needs and goals, how frequent you’d like to train and your availability. This will allow us to determine who we feel will be the right coach for you.
While we absolutely love our group classes, Personal Training is a great way to get results and feel accountable.
We also have the option of small Group Personal Training sessions too if you’d like to do this with a friend.
