WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit programs are designed to help people achieve overall physical fitness. CrossFit strength and conditioning programs concentrate on constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. CrossFit combines aerobic exercise, body weight exercise, gymnastics, and Olympic weight lifting.

CrossFit Bunbury is more than just another gym. We are a strong community of like minded people – all with the same goal of creating the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Workouts are challenging and intense, but always scalable for each individual. We welcome beginners to advanced, elderly to elite athletes. CrossFit Bunbury members encourage and inspire each other regardless of fitness level or experience.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
WOD stands for “Workout of the Day”. Expect a different WOD every day! The WOD is performed at each class on that particular day, ensuring everyone is learning the same skills. WOD’s are led by a qualified CrossFit coach, motivating you to perform at your absolute best. WOD’s are conducted in small groups at different times of the day.
